Ingredient Highlights

Chiles

We don’t just toss in one chile and call it good. Each B.A.F. Bomb blends a combo of Guajillo, New Mexico, or Ancho chiles to create deep, rich flavor without overwhelming heat. It’s how we build bold, authentic taste — layer by layer.

Onion and Garlic

The holy grail of flavor — minus the mess. No peeling, no mincing, no tears. Just the bold, savory base every bomb needs.

Tomato

For richness, balance, and that slow-simmered taste. Whether it’s powder or bouillon, we layer in tomato to bring depth and brightness to the bomb. No cans, no splatter, no stirring for hours.

Mexican oregano

Not your average oregano. Mexican oregano has a citrusy, earthy edge that rounds out the bold flavors in every bomb. It’s floral, it’s fragrant, and it plays way better with chiles than the Italian stuff ever could.

cumin

Warm, earthy, and unmistakable. Cumin is the quiet backbone of so many rich, savory dishes — and every bomb gets just the right touch.

lemon pepper

Not the usual suspect in this recipe — but it fits like a glass slipper. When we needed the brightness of lime and the bite of black pepper, lemon pepper nailed both. A surprising choice, but exactly the right one.
